Some day BSX will a spot-free company. On that day, I'll eat my monitor.
I also made that bet 10 years ago. Have never had to pay up ... not too worried about ever having to pay up on it.

Totally agree with you on buybacks. I think it is just a way to offset ESO dilution. I'll take a dividend anyday, however.

I like dividends. Dividends are good. Dividends work.
Unless you're borrowing money to pay the dividends. Then, dividends not so good...
