laws and regulations that govern mergers

has succeeded in obtaining better terms from Fiat
Industrial
(OTC:FNDSF)
- a
company that incorporates most of the non-auto businesses of Fiat
(OTC:FIATY)
for the 12% stake that Fiat did not already own.
